Play del Carmen - What a trip!!!

We went repelling into a cenote, which is where the water goes. They don't have
rivers here because it seeps right through the lime stone. The water collects
in these underground caves.

After we repelled, they put us on tubes so we could float around.

You may be wondering what this is a picture of...

if you look really close, yes...those are bats. They are down in the

caves...I got pooped on...but from what I understand it's good luck.

We saw some spider monkey's while we were there...

This is the road we drove on...it's like a one way road...big enough for

one car...only it's a two way road...very scary when a car comes from the other direction!!

This is the group of people we went to Coba with. The four people

behind me were in the group that went with us from Utah. Sandra, the

lady standing next to me was from Mexico. The four in front of me were

from Sweden. And the two in front were from Arizona. We had

an amazing time with this group. Not to mention this was one of

the most fun, adventurous day trips I have ever been on.

First we canoed across the lake...

Then, we geered up for the zip line...

Jim came zooming in and sent the Mayan guys running like bowling balls...
Meanwhile I hung out on the line waiting to be towed in because I stopped too soon.

Where has the time gone?

Happy Birthday our little sweetheart!!We played in the snow...Ashley didn't know what to think of it.
Carter's having backwards day.
Ashley eating birthday cake...
Ashley's birthday party...someone had to have a princess party with her...
she loves her bike...
Our precious little one year old...
I am not sure where the past year has gone...I'm not even sure it
happened, it went so fast. My baby is one and tears come to my eyes
because...my baby is getting big...there will be no more babies for us.
I had to recount the last year to make sure it really happened.
The following are pictures from Ashley's first year of life...we have
enjoyed her so much, she brings so much love and happiness to
our family...not to mention a little pink...she is so much FUN!!!

All the kids singing to get Santa to come to the Montague Christmas party.

Thanksgiving Time

We went to Jim's Dad and Gae's house for Thanksgiving, along with cousins Dalton and Makena
Grandma Mulford came to the cabin for Thanksgiving. Bless her heart...that's all I have to say.

Ashley was diggin' the turkey legs.......
She even let Jim try some.

Halloween and more

Ashley's first pig tails (enjoying a sucker)
Ahley's first Halloween...
wearing her cute poodle costume .

Halloween was fun this year. Jim had to go to Vegas for some work seminar, yes on Halloween, He got home just in time to go trick-or-treating. We spent the night at my mom and dads house. For dinner we had witches hair and goblin guts, and frozen goop with bat hearts, translated - spaghetti and jello with cut up strawberries on top.
I forgot to write about the pictures below. We went to cornbelly maze at Thanksgiving Pointe. It was so much fun, there were so many activities for the kids to do. They went on a cow train (Amy notice the name on it), peddle go-carts, a spider web, bouncing things, a hay ride, and the corn maze. We picked out our pumpkins there too.
The pictures of Carter and Ashley in the kitchen sink...I put Ashley in the sink because I was in a hurry to bathe her and Carter came running up stark naked and wanted in too.
